How to Bake Gluten-Free Bread from Scratch


There are all kinds of great mixes for gluten-free bread that you can buy. And of course, there's always ready-made gluten-free bread, which is increasingly available on store shelves and freezers. But sometimes, on a rainy day, it's nice to bake a fresh bread from scratch. Schar, a fabulous producer of gluten-free products (al dente pasta!), has a great recipe for homemade g-free bread.
